Manmohan brings twenty two years of leadership and management experience to the Intalydec team in helping solve business problems for clients in startups to Fortune 100 companies like UPS, Publix, and Protective Life as well as large non-profits and public sector entities like American Cancer Society and MARTA. Manmohan’s focus is strategy and program management to help clients hone on the key issues and appropriate resources accordingly. As founding member of the Intalydec team, Manmohan leverages his multi-disciplinary and multi-industry experience to help Intalydec clients solve complex business problems through gleaning intelligence from within their internal information as well as the broader market place in their respective industries and apply analytics to make timely and well informed decisions.
Manmohan is a serial entrepreneur. Intalydec is his fifth enterprise, his first being a design and construction firm Studio Myriad which he found in 1995. Manmohan sold his share just after two years into practice to finance business school studies in US. After his MBA, Manmohan started his management consulting career with Sapient. Since then, Manmohan found Geniekids in 2002, oneMK in 2005, and partnered in founding doQuent in 2005. All these enterprises are in business and thriving in their respective domains.
Manmohan has an MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s in Architecture from India where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was awarded the University Gold Medal for overall achievement. He has been honored with several leadership and client service awards during his roles in consulting companies and with clients.

In addition to being our CAO, Indy also works with one of Fortune100 companies in managing one of their pharmacy businesses.
Indy is an active in her community and openly shares her knowledge and expertise to help community members. She enjoys spending time with her young family. Indy has a Pharm-D from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and MS in Applied Pharmacoeconomics from University of Florida.
Pawan Kumar, Chief Technology Officer
Pawan Kumar brings over fifteen years of industry experience leading and managing technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions as well as products. His expertise in technical solutions together with insights into open source space delivers demonstrable value for clients. He has consulted in various industries including financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, logistics, energy services, and retail.
Pawan focuses on establishing Intalydec’s technical direction as a leader in business intelligence space specially focused on small to medium sized companies. Pawan’s consultative experience with Global 1000 companies including UPS, Home Depot, SunTrust, and Publix in developing custom solutions manifests in his setting directions for Intalydec’s clients. In addition, his knowledge and experience with business intelligence platforms like Hadoop help Intalydec offer most appropriate technical solutions to solve business intelligence, analytics, or big data problems.
Pawan holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from UNC Chapel Hill and an Engineering degree from IIT, New Delhi (India). Pawan has won several People Growth and Client Focused Delivery awards in his previous roles at Sapient and other firms. He is also a published author and a well respected mentor and blogger in the content management domain.
